This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the Governing Board, responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, and day-to-day operational oversight of both clinical support and business office functions.

Monday to Friday, on-site (on-call availability required) What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of the Surgery Center, including business office and clinical support staff Ensure continuous compliance with AAAHC , CMS/Medicare Conditions for Coverage , Oregon Health Authority licensing requirements, and MBSAQIP standards Lead survey and accreditation readiness, and manage the facility's Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) program Own the facility's financial performance — budgeting, reporting, cost control, and revenue cycle oversight Manage payer relationships and managed care contracting Oversee medical staff credentialing/privileging and ensure files are Board-ready Serve as primary liaison to the Governing Board, preparing reports and implementing Board directives Recruit, develop, and manage business office and administrative staff Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and risk management standards What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred) 3-5+ years of healthcare management experience, ideally in an ASC or outpatient surgical setting Working knowledge of AAAHC, CMS/Medicare, Oregon Health Authority, and MBSAQIP requirements Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) credential preferred RN license a plus, not required Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills CPR/BLS certification Benefits Health and dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan
