We're seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Program Manager to lead our West 2 residential psychiatric treatment unit on our Portland campus. This is an opportunity to shape trauma-informed care, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and create lasting impact in the lives of youth and families navigating complex behavioral health challenges. Starting at $84,480 What You'll Do As the Clinical Program Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a residential treatment program focused on safety, stability, and therapeutic excellence.
You will:
Lead daily operations of a residential psychiatric treatment unit Foster a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment for youth Supervise, coach, and support clinical and milieu staff Partner with leadership to strengthen program quality and staff development Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and agency standards Support budgeting, staffing, and resource management Serve as a key communication bridge between frontline teams and agency leadership Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're searching for a strong clinical leader who combines compassion, decisiveness, and a commitment to youth behavioral health. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Eligible for Oregon licensure as an LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, or MFT Ability to complete Oregon licensure requirements within 24 months of hire Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Preferred Experience 5+ years in social services, behavioral health, or residential treatment 2+ years supervising teams of 5 or more employees Residential direct care and adolescent behavioral health experience strongly preferred Why Join Trillium?
