Immediate Hiring | Credentialing Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Coordinator to join an acute care hospital team and support medical staff services by ensuring provider credentialing and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Location:
Columbia Gorge, OR Shift:
Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (On-Site)
Setting:
Acute Care/Hospital Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging processes Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, hospital bylaws, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files and databases Prepare credentialing documents and reports for medical staff committees and leadership Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and administrative teams to facilitate timely credentialing activities Monitor expiring licenses, certifications, and other provider credentials Support accreditation surveys and quality initiatives Ensure adherence to Oregon state and healthcare industry standards Qualifications Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) required Minimum of 3 years of Medical Staff Services experience in an acute care or hospital setting required Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards required Experience with Oregon healthcare standards preferred Healthcare industry experience preferred Five years of relevant experience preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Interested candidates — DM me or send your updated resume for immediate consideration! #Hiring #CredentialingCoordinator #MedicalStaffServices #HealthcareAdministration #HospitalJobs #HealthcareJobs #CPCS #CPMSM #JointCommission #MedicalStaff #NowHiring #OregonJobs #
