Temporary Patient Care Coordinator (Dental Front Office)
Location:
Beaver, PA Schedule:
Fridays | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (6-hour shift)

$22-26 per hour (based on experience) About Us A modern, patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on Fridays as our practice undergoes an expansion! The position has the potential for full-time after the expansion is complete. If you enjoy helping patients, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a dental office, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling Check patients in and out Verify insurance benefits and update patient information Collect payments and explain financial policies Maintain an organized daily schedule Assist with patient recalls and appointment confirmations Communicate effectively with the doctor and clinical team Keep the front office running smoothly throughout the day Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Experience with Dentrix or other dental software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, positive, and dependable Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Convenient 8:00 AM-2:00 PM schedule with no evenings or weekends Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and patient-focused practice Opportunity to be part of a growing practice under new ownership Potential for future opportunities as the practice expands If you're looking for a flexible, rewarding position in a friendly dental office, we'd love to hear from you.
