Join Our TeamWere looking for an experienced, compassionate Clinical Coordinator to support and guide our Crisis Residential Programs- The Lodge in Bristol and our brand-new Bright Path Center in Doylestown.

This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys being close to the work: supporting staff in real time, managing admissions flow, and helping ensure guests receive safe, effective, and recoveryoriented care during moments of crisis. Youll serve as a key clinical leader- bridging frontline staff and program leadership, while helping launch and stabilize one of our newest programs.. What You BringMasters degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, or education Licensed Mental Health Professional Preferred At least 2 years of direct mental health service experienceSupervisory or lead experience in a clinical or crisis setting Knowledge of crisis services and program operations, with preferred experience in crisis-residential settings or acute level of careFamiliarity with psychiatric commitment procedures strongly preferredValid drivers license and willingness to drive between locationsComfort with EHRs and basic Office 365 toolsAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation Your RoleAs Clinical Coordinator, youll balance clinical leadership, coordination, and hands-on support. Your days will vary, but you can expect to:

Help determine who is appropriate for admission and whenSupport staff during highacuity situationsEnsure clinical documentation and care delivery remain consistent and highqualityKeep the programs running smoothly, from admissions to dischargesBe a trusted clinical resource for staff across adult and adolescent services
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and review daily referrals and admissions across both locations Monitor bed availability and program acuity Provide realtime clinical guidance and coaching to staff Directly supervise a team of Resident Aides ensuring high-quality, person-centered support Ensure appropriate 24/7 staffing coverage across all Crisis Residential unitsSupport clinical oncall coverage on a rotating basis Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and authorizations Coordinate utilization review processes for Crisis Residential programsCollaborate with hospitals, county systems, families, and community partners Assist with onboarding, training, and group programming consistency Step into direct client support when needed during high-acuity moments.

Work flexibly between Bright Path Centers Doylestown location and the Lodges Bristol location based on program and staffing needs.
