Medical Spa Coordinator

Simply Skin Medical Spa in Franklin is seeking a client care coordinators to join our spa team for our Franklin location. The Candidate must be friendly and cheerful, hardworking, highly motivated, and able to multi-task. Computer experience, Word, Excel, and Internet knowledge are necessary. This position is the first voice and interaction with our clients thus a professional appearance, expert communication skills, and customer service experience are essential qualifications. Previous experience in a Spa and in sales are a plus. We are seeking a candidate that is a self-starter and exhibits the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays. This position's job responsibilities includes but not limited to: greeting clients, answering phone calls and client questions, scheduling appointments, coordinating client's treatment plan, treatment preparation, room preparation, assisting with retail products, laundry, office cleaning, and working with the Simply Skin team to accomplish our goals.
