Job Description

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of administrative services. Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight. Coordinate with Executive Management as necessary. Coordinate, review, monitor and administer departmental operating budgets. Monitor productivity goals of staff while demonstrating social responsibility. Hire, train, and evaluate staff. Oversee training attendance and adherence to training requirements in accordance with individual regulations. Provide ongoing supervision of staff as needed exercising open communication. Promote growth and change within the department. Monitor compliance issue and quality of departments. Prepare chart audits, client surveys, and other supervisory techniques to ensure clinical and administrative quality and compliance. Develop and administer departmental and Center policies and procedures. Stay abreast of regulatory and contractual requirements affecting areas of responsibility. Act a public relations liaison within the community to promote the Center and its programs. Provide community education about the Center and outreach programs. Advocate for open communication and social learning. Develop long-range plans for the department. Evaluate programs and activities. Develop and implement innovative services and/or improvements to existing services. Participate in the strategic planning for the Center. Implement appropriate risk management measures in the department. Maintain the safety and security of all center assets within areas of responsibility. Promote nonviolence and focus on the four aspects of safety (physical, emotional, social and moral). Adhere to seven recognized Sanctuary commitments which includes social responsibility, social learning, non-violence, open communication, democracy, emotional intelligence, growth and change.
