CENTER FOR HEALTHY AGING COORDINATOR
(Part-time)
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating daily operations of a Center for Healthy Aging in compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) guidelines, while promoting wellness, nutrition, and social engagement for older adults. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead health, wellness, social, and educational programs Coordinate congregate meals and Meals on Wheels services Conduct nutrition screenings and ensure safe food handling practices Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers Maintain program calendars, documentation, and reports (WellSky) Ensure compliance with PDA standards, safety, and facility operations Develop community partnerships and promote services through outreach Qualifications Experience in senior services, community programs, or human services preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead programs and work with diverse populations Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., ServSafe, evidence-based programs) Schedule Part-time; flexible based on program needs Additional Details
