As the Home Health Care Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our home health care services in the state of Pennslyvania. Home Health Care Executive Director is a key leadership role that requires a unique blend of clinical, operational, and business acumen to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Home Health Care Executive Director Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, expand services, and improve patient satisfaction Provide leadership and guidance to the home health care team, including clinical, administrative, and support staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement effective care transitions and population health management initiatives Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare organizations Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment Ensure effective communication and coordination with patients, families, and care providers

Home Health Care Executive Director Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care or a related field Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing diverse teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Licensure or certification in a healthcare field, Master's degree preferred
