Job Description

Position:
Medical Front Office Administrator
  • MUST have prior medical office experience
Overview:
Freedom Recruiting has an opening at an independent, physician owned medical practice in the front office.
Location:
Palmyra PA, on-site
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours /week with rotating shifts & rotating Saturday's (roughly one per month)
Compensation:
Sign on bonus + hourly rate based upon experience

Summary:
Reporting to the front office supervisor, this position will have four key components including but not limited to reception, phone room, daily patient interactions & data entry.
Responsibilities:
  • Daily patient interactions regarding check in / out, documentation, co-pays & phone calls
  • Scheduling of tests or follow-up visits
  • Faxing, copying, data entry & medical records documentation
  • Obtain records from other practices & facilities
  • Organize, clean & restock reception area as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency of computer skills
  • Ability to work in team setting & independently
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
