This role works closely with our Marketing Manager to execute outreach efforts, assist with events, and maintain high-touch communication with patients and partners. This is an execution-focused role , ideal for someone who is personable, organized, proactive, and comfortable representing a premium brand both in-clinic and in the community. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Concierge & Communication Conduct patient follow-up calls post-service (experience check-ins, skincare guidance, rebooking support) Assist with rebooking and retention efforts Encourage and support Google reviews and referrals Provide concierge-level hospitality and patient support during busy clinic hours as needed Community Outreach & Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with: Local gyms, run clubs, fitness studios, and wellness partners Influencers and brand collaborators Community organizations and events Assist in coordinating outreach logistics, introductions, and follow-ups Represent The J Spot at select community events and activations Marketing & Brand Support Support Marketing Manager with: Events, activations, and pop-ups Content capture (behind-the-scenes, events, treatments) Influencer coordination and follow-ups Help track outreach efforts and basic performance metrics Maintain brand consistency and hospitality standards across all touchpoints Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in-person, phone, and digital) Polished, professional presence with a warm and welcoming demeanor Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable engaging with community partners and representing a premium brand Interest in wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or marketing preferred Prior concierge, hospitality, outreach, or customer-facing experience a plus Schedule & Compensation Weekday availability; occasional evenings or weekends for events required Hourly Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities over time
