We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of multiple facilities while leading by example and supporting our operations team. Hours:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise and lead commercial cleaning staff across multiple locations. Clean, sanitize, and maintain designated facility areas, including: Dusting Sweeping Vacuuming Mopping Restroom cleaning Cleaning ceiling vents Other general janitorial duties Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities. Complete heavy-duty cleaning projects and special assignments. Identify maintenance issues and report repair needs to management. Travel between multiple buildings as required. Stock and organize supply rooms. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Foster a positive team environment while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience Commercial cleaning and janitorial experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Experience with floor care, including buffing, stripping, and refinishing Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) Excellent communication skills High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism Requirements Applicants must: Have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Be willing to travel between multiple facilities. Successfully pass a criminal background check. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Why Join Us?
