Health Services Coordinator Direct Hire | Full-Time | Mission-Driven Nonprofit | Pennsylvania Help Coordinate Care That Changes Lives Chris Talarico & Associates is conducting a confidential search for a Health Services Coordinator on behalf of one of Pennsylvania's leading nonprofit organizations supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Health Services Coordinator serves as the central administrative hub between nursing staff, physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, specialists, residential teams, and families to help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered healthcare. Why You'll Love This Opportunity Meaningful work supporting individuals with IDD Stable, full-time direct hire opportunity Collaborative nursing and healthcare team Professional growth within a respected nonprofit organization Comprehensive benefits package Monday-Friday schedule (varies by organization) What You'll Do Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, authorizations, and follow-up care Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation Support Community Health Nurses with administrative and clinical coordination Track annual physicals, immunizations, laboratory work, physician orders, medication reviews, and regulatory requirements Communicate with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, specialists, residential teams, and families Prepare reports, maintain healthcare records, and support regulatory compliance including HIPAA, DHS, ODP, and CMS requirements. Qualifications We're looking for professionals with: Associate degree in Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Administration, Nursing Administration, or a related healthcare field preferred Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office operations, health information management, physician practice, hospital, behavioral health, or IDD services Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Knowledge of HIPAA and medical documentation standards.
