Job Description
Clinical Manager (RN) - Hospice BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager . Our team provides compassionate, best-in-class hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living communities. If you're an experienced hospice RN who is ready to take the next step in your career, this is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership and team development. As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey. As a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care. Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas. Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians. Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families. Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
