Patient Care Coordinator | Lifeline Physical Therapy - Warrendale, PA The front desk is where every patient's experience begins. We're looking for someone who understands that — and takes it seriously. Lifeline Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice with eight locations across Pittsburgh. Our Warrendale clinic serves a diverse patient population for physical therapy including cardiopulmonary therapy. What You'll Do Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient records Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect copays Support daily front office operations with accuracy and consistency What We're Looking For Strong customer service instincts and clear communication Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under a busy schedule Experience in a medical or therapy office setting preferred Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records You don't need to check every box — but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, stays composed, and genuinely cares about the people walking through the door.
