The Case Supervisor oversees Focused Behavior Services (FBS) and Comprehensive Behavior Services (CBS). This role requires frequent collaboration with the Clinical Director, consistent progress monitoring, and ongoing program fidelity checks. Case Supervisors will train, manage, and monitor behavior therapists using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provide parent training utilizing the RUBI curriculum.
Duties :
Supervises FBS and CBS programs in-home, out in the community, in schools, utilizing ABA for learners ages 1-20 years old, including the management of direct care staff. Perform Behavior Technician duties during initial training and supervision phases. Transition to a full Supervisor role is performance-based and evaluated on an ongoing basis.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Schedule on-going home visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness and provide parent coaching Maintain weekly progress monitoring and fidelity checks according to the treatment plan Assist clinical supervisor and clinical director in initial assessments and writing treatment plans Aid in the development and training of behavior therapists on behavior support plans as needed, ensuring fidelity monitoring of the BSP Assist in writing treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources Support clinical director in developing and leading staff training for behavior therapists Conduct ongoing clinical meetings with family Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested Complete additional duties delegated by the clinical director Requires travel within Tulare County and parts of Kings County. (telehealth options are available on a case-by-case basis)
Administrative Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed the minimum requirement of 110 billable hours monthly Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of billable tasks per regulatory and funding requirements Track direct and indirect services for each client Assist scheduler in the process of assigning behavior technicians to treatment teams based on identified needs of clients and staff Maintain up-to-date files for all clients assigned including progress on parent goals and behavior therapist goals Provide regular performance feedback to behavior therapists related to their strengths and areas for improvement, set goals for professional development
Education/Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 6 months experience implementing ABA. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst BCaBA or MA/BCBA program in good standing is preferred. Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance, driver's license, and clean driving record Must pass TB test Must pass criminal background check
