AMFM Healthcare is looking for a Part -Time Admissions Coordinator to join our incredible team! This remote role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of individuals and families seeking behavioral health and mental health services. As an Admissions Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — playing a vital role in guiding them through the admissions process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You'll collaborate with both clients and internal clinical teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming intake experience.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and their families Conduct preliminary assessments to determine eligibility and fit for our programs Gather and organize documentation needed by the Director of Admissions and clinical leadership Schedule intake assessments and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless handoff Support families by guiding them through the admissions process, including financial and insurance discussions Provide emotional support and clear information to clients during a stressful and uncertain time Maintain accurate records and communication using Salesforce CRM and other platforms Attend and participate in admissions team meetings to stay aligned and informed
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others Familiarity with behavioral health or willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED required Must successfully complete a background check (federal, state, and company-specific) Able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs Reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities
