Clinical Director (BCBA) At Butterfly ABA, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our team of professionals in Union, New Jersey, United States. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that improve the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities Help establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships As the organization grows, focus on full-time clinical leadership, including: Supervision structure Documentation standards Staff development Quality of care across the board Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive growth Collaborate with our team to build a comprehensive ABA therapy program Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners Requirements Licensed BCBA with hands-on clinical experience Active New Jersey LBA license, required Leadership instincts, with experience managing people and processes Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances Commitment to building something excellent, rather than just functional Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
