$85,000-$105,000 annually, based on experience Join Our Team Guiding Stars ABA is seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our growing team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting high-quality ABA services, and helping build a collaborative, ethical, and family-centered clinical program. What You'll Do Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs. Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff. Conduct and/or review assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and reassessments. Maintain a manageable clinical caseload based on supervisory and organizational needs. Monitor client progress, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes. Provide guidance and consultation on cases. Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and medical necessity. Support staff onboarding, training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth. Promote compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Collaborate with families, clinicians, schools, and other providers as appropriate. Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement and program development. What You Bring Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Virginia licensure or eligibility to meet applicable Virginia requirements. Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities. Experience supervising and mentoring BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of ABA treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and payer requirements. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to complete required background checks and maintain CPR certification. Clinical leadership experience and experience with TriCARE/Medicaid/commercial insurance-funded ABA services are preferred. Why Join Guiding Stars ABA?
