BCBA Clinical Supervisor Hybrid $5000

Sign On Bonus Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work 75% remotely while enjoying a strong administrative support system.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification Active Maryland LBA Experience in ABA therapy and supervision Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote)
