Job Description
Position Overview Patchwork Therapy, PLLC is seeking a Child Team Supervisor (LCSW) to combine clinical work with leadership. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) includes maintaining a client caseload while providing weekly supervision and ongoing clinical consultation to provisionally licensed child therapists. The Supervisor will support clinicians' professional growth, foster a positive team culture, and uphold Patchwork Therapy's commitment to high-quality, compassionate care for clients and staff.

Leadership & Supervision Provide weekly individual supervision and ongoing clinical consultation to provisionally licensed child therapists. Support clinicians' onboarding, professional development, clinical growth, and accountability while monitoring clinical performance and administrative expectations. Review and co-sign clinical documentation for supervisees, ensuring services are ethical, clinically appropriate, and aligned with Patchwork Therapy's policies and standards. Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Administrative Director, and fellow supervisors to support onboarding, clinical quality, and team success. Participate in monthly supervisor consultation meetings and assist with facilitating bi-weekly group supervision and professional development opportunities as needed. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture through mentorship, leadership, and clinical excellence. Clinical Responsibilities Maintain a minimum 30-hour work week by balancing leadership responsibilities with direct client care. Supervisors can generally expect to provide approximately 20-22 client sessions per week, with clinical expectations adjusted based on supervisory responsibilities. Provide in-person and/or hybrid therapy services at one or both office locations (Downers Grove and Elmhurst). Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (e.g., physicians, psychiatrists, schools) when clinically appropriate. Maintain active Illinois LCSW licensure and practice in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and practice trainings. Represent Patchwork Therapy professionally in all clinical, administrative, community, and online interactions. Maintain availability for two evenings per week or one evening plus one weekend day (6 hours), with evening hours extending until 8:00 p.m. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Active Illinois LCSW license. Experience supervising child and/or family clinicians. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and developing clinicians.Compensation Clinical work:
$58- 60/hour, based on experience Supervision and leadership responsibilities: $40
- 45/hour, based on experience Estimated annual earnings: Approximately $83,000
- 88,000, based on the anticipated blend of clinical and supervisory responsibilities in a full-time schedule.
Pay:
$80,000.00- $88,000.
