Mandarin-Speaking Patient Coordinator (Remote + In-Person) Base Pay $20 hour with large commission structure ! Highly competitive. Flexible Hours | Medical Aesthetics & Wellness We are a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Chinese-speaking Patient Coordinator to join our team. This position is 50/50 remote with in-person responsibilities in our clinic in Costa Mesa and offers flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media Schedule consultations and treatment appointments Follow up with leads and prospective patients Assist with patient education and treatment information Support patient retention and relationship management Help coordinate marketing initiatives within the Chinese community Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Ability to build rapport and trust with patients Familiarity with WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Chinese social media platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, plastic surgery office, dermatology, or wellness clinic Sales or patient conversion experience Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products What We Offer Flexible schedule Primarily remote work Competitive compensation Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding aesthetics practice Supportive and collaborative team environment If you are passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and providing an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to hear from you.
