Admissions & Marketing Requirements:
Master's degree is required. Direct clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of business development, outreach, admissions, referral relations, or relationship management experience within a private-pay behavioral healthcare organization or related healthcare setting. Experience presenting to professional audiences and facilitating educational programs is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, sound professional judgment, initiative, and the ability to build credibility with a wide range of professionals. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team are required. Experience with program development, strategic growth initiatives, and data-informed business planning is a plus. The position requires frequent travel throughout an assigned territory, including occasional evenings and weekends.

The Clinical Admissions & Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, strengthening, and maintaining professional relationships with referring clinicians, educational consultants, healthcare providers, and other strategic partners within an assigned geographic territory. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs & Enrollment, the Clinical Admissions & Business Development Manager serves as a primary ambassador for Mountain Valley Treatment Center, helping increase awareness of the program, strengthen referral partnerships, and support sustainable enrollment growth. The Clinical Admissions & Business Development Manager executes strategic outreach initiatives developed in collaboration with the Director of External Affairs & Enrollment while maintaining a thorough understanding of Mountain Valley's clinical model, admissions philosophy, and treatment outcomes. The position requires frequent travel, exceptional relationship-building skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for serving adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities . Includes the following, although not limited to, as other duties may be assigned. Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with referring professionals, including therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, educational consultants, physicians, schools, therapeutic programs, hospitals, and other referral sources within an assigned territory. Execute an annual territory outreach plan in collaboration with the Director of External Affairs & Enrollment, including regular travel, in-person meetings, presentations, and virtual relationship development. Identify and develop new referral opportunities while strengthening existing referral partnerships. Represent Mountain Valley Treatment Center professionally at conferences, networking events, educational programs, and other industry meetings. Deliver presentations, educational programs, and training opportunities to referral partners regarding Mountain Valley's treatment philosophy, clinical programming, admissions process, and outcomes. Maintain regular communication with referral partners to provide updates regarding programming, clinical initiatives, organizational developments, and resident outcomes, while remaining fully compliant with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Collaborate closely with the Director of External Affairs & Enrollment regarding outreach strategy, referral trends, market opportunities, and relationship management. Work collaboratively with Admissions, Clinical, Academic, Parent Coaching, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure outreach efforts accurately reflect Mountain Valley's services and mission. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, referral relationships, travel, and business development efforts within the organization's CRM system. Monitor territory performance, referral activity, and emerging market trends, providing recommendations for strategic growth opportunities. Assist with professional marketing initiatives as requested, including webinars, podcasts, newsletters, written content, conference planning, and educational events. Participate in regular team meetings, strategic planning initiatives, and departmental projects. Maintain a current working knowledge of evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related conditions, as well as broader trends in adolescent behavioral healthcare. Maintain a regular presence on Mountain Valley's campus to remain knowledgeable regarding programming, staff, clinical initiatives, and resident experience. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the organization's mission and enrollment objectives.
Success Measures:
Performance will be evaluated using both quantitative and qualitative measures, including the development and engagement of referral relationships, expansion of new referral sources, execution of strategic outreach activities within the assigned territory, contribution to enrollment growth, professional representation of Mountain Valley Treatment Center, collaboration and responsiveness with internal teams, timely and accurate documentation within the organization's CRM system, and achievement of annual performance goals established by the Director of External Affairs & Enrollment.
