Full Time In Person About Us Journey for Life (JFL) is a nonprofit mental health organization specializing in trauma therapy, EMDR, and holistic healing. We serve clients across New Hampshire and Massachusetts and are expanding our clinical leadership team. Position Overview The Clinical Director will provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship to JFL's growing clinical team while helping shape the future of our trauma-focused programming and organizational culture. This role combines clinical leadership, supervision, program development, and direct clinical care. We are seeking a grounded, experienced clinician who values authenticity, integrity, collaboration, and excellence in trauma treatment.
