Company Overview Pathway to Hope Counseling Services is a Community Behavioral Health Agency expanding to the state of Florida. We are going into our 20th year providing quality services to clients in the community that include child welfare and clients insured. PTH is fully accredited by CARF. We are an approved Florida Medicaid Provider and Florida DCF provider. Our team consists of Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LAMFT, LMHC), Associate Licensed Therapists (RMHCI, RCSWI, RWFTI), Master's Level Clinicians (Interns), Paraprofessionals, and support staff providing therapy to our clients in our multicounty service areas in the state of Florida which includes: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, Leon, Gadsden, Liberty, Franklin, Wakulla, Jefferson, and Union counties in Florida. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and oversee the delivery of mental health services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mental health care management and administrative oversight, with a focus on maintaining compliance with industry standards such as CARF accreditation. As Clinical Director, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative and compliant clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Oversee medical management processes, including treatment planning and clinical supervision of staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including CARF and Behavioral Health standards. Manage clinical staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality service delivery. Conduct all interviews and hiring of all clinical staff Provide clinical oversight and supervision for all clinical staff Reviews and approve all assessments rendered by clinical staff Collaborate with administrative leadership to develop policies that promote effective mental health care management and client safety. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness. Maintain oversight of documentation practices and ensure adherence to confidentiality and legal standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and team collaboration. Provide presentations and updates for stakeholders Requirements MUST have LCSW, LAMFT, or LMHC Masters Degree in a Licensable field with full licensure. This position requires a fully licensed person in the field of mental health. Proven experience in mental health care management or clinical leadership within mental health or related fields. Strong background in mental health management with knowledge of treatment protocols and clinical supervision. Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards such as CARF is highly desirable. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to mental health services. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
