Job Description

Job Overview Metrowest Nutrition & Therapy is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our growing practice. This role combines clinical care with team leadership, practice operations, referral development, and strategic growth, including development of our Adult Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). We're looking for a collaborative, motivated leader who is excited to help shape the next phase of our practice. Core Responsibilities Lead and support the practice leadership team and serve as a key partner to the Practice Owner Oversee clinical operations, team development, and complex clinical or practice-related matters Conduct initial client intakes and support appropriate clinician assignment and continuity of care Lead referral development, community outreach, and strategic initiatives to support practice growth Lead the development and implementation of MetroWest Nutrition & Therapy's eating disorder IOP Maintain a small clinical caseload while balancing leadership and program-development responsibilities Schedule Full-time, 40-hour-per-week position Approximately 20-25 hours per week dedicated to leadership, operations, and strategic initiatives Initial caseload of approximately 12-15 client sessions per week, with flexibility to decrease as leadership responsibilities grow Location Framingham, MA (3-5 days/ week 11-2) Remote work from home outside program hours Qualifications Independently licensed clinician in Massachusetts; LICSW or Massachusetts licensed psychologist preferred/required based on role responsibilities Strong clinical experience, with eating disorders and higher levels of care Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and team-management experience Strong operational, project-management, and problem-solving skills Experience with program development, referral development, or practice growth Ability to provide leadership in high-risk clinical situations, including initiating emergency psychiatric evaluation/hospitalization under Massachusetts law when clinically indicated
Pay:
$111,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
