(HRS), a nonprofit community mental health agency, is seeking a Part‑Time Clinical Director to provide clinical guidance, leadership, and oversight of client care. This role is ideal for an experienced PhD, PsyD or similarly licensed clinician who wants meaningful leadership work with a balanced schedule. Responsibilities Lead weekly Clients of Concern and Intake meetings. Provide school consultations and clinical hours as appropriate. Assign and provide supervision for new clinical staff. Serve as on‑call clinician 2+ days/week. Triage emergency evaluations with staff psychiatrist (infrequent). Review and approve Psychiatric Services/Med Management requests. Act as point person for clinical escalations during business hours. Address client grievances related to clinical care. Provide clinical guidance for billing, EHR, and admin questions. Approve requests for clinical supplies. Fulfill Medical Records Requests per policy. Manage case transfers/closings when clinicians depart or take leave. Oversee Groups Program, office space use, and Zoom telehealth accounts. Co-lead records retention/review processes. Co‑manage policy development and review. Assist Executive Director with clinical hiring. Support special projects, trainings, and process improvements. Qualifications PhD, PsyD, LICSW or equivalent independent licensure. 5-7+ years post‑licensure experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong crisis assessment and clinical decision‑making skills. Knowledge of outpatient mental health operations and documentation standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
