Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed LPC, LCSW or LMFT supervisor to provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed mental health clinicians. This is a 1099 contractor position in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising clinicians, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to provide guidance in a supportive, professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians pursuing licensure Support supervisees with case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and skill development Document supervision sessions in compliance with New Jersey licensing requirements Offer mentorship and professional development guidance Participate in occasional team meetings and trainings (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Current LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in New Jersey with the ability to supervise by NJ state standards and social work board standards. Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians Strong clinical knowledge across a range of populations and presenting concerns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster professional growth Must be willing to be paneled with insurance under
