• $55-70/hour Radiant Mind Wellness is a person-centered, trauma-informed private practice specializing in experiential and expressive psychotherapy.

As our clinical team grows, we are seeking a seasoned, independently licensed clinician to join us in a part-time clinical supervision and consultation role. This is a meaningful opportunity for an experienced clinician who loves developing other therapists — someone who can offer both the formal supervision that supports associate clinicians toward independent licensure and the day-to-day clinical consultation that helps a whole team practice with depth and confidence. The Role Working alongside our Clinical Director, you would provide: Clinical supervision for associate clinicians (ACMHC, CSW, AMFT) accruing hours toward independent licensure, including serving as supervisor of record on DOPL supervision contracts Clinical consultation and case support across the team — for newer clinicians developing core skills, and for experienced clinicians working with complex presentations Support for both child/adolescent and adult clinical work Supervision and mentorship of graduate student interns as our training program grows We anticipate this role beginning at roughly 6-12 supervision work hours per month, with room to grow as our team expands and as we broaden our practicum and internship training program. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a clinician with genuine warmth and skill in developing others — someone grounded in relational, attachment-informed, trauma-aware practice, who can meet a nervous new associate where they are and also challenge a seasoned clinician to go deeper. Preference will be given to clinicians with training and experience in child and adolescent therapy — particularly Child-Centered Play Therapy, Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credentialing, or related expressive and play approaches — as this is a specialty we are actively deepening. That said, we are looking for a supervisor who can support the full range of our clinical work, not child work alone. Qualifications Required Independent Utah licensure (CMHC/LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, or equivalent), held for at least two years Is, or is eligible and willing to promptly become, a Utah Division-approved clinical supervisor — including any required supervision-specific training Active clinical practice and strong grounding in trauma-informed, relational therapy Commitment to ethical, developmentally attuned supervision Strongly Preferred Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and/or formal Child-Centered Play Therapy training Prior supervisory or mentorship experience Experience supervising graduate student interns Familiarity with expressive and experiential modalities (art therapy, sandtray, EMDR, somatic approaches) What We Offer W-2 employment with a defined, flexible schedule of monthly supervision work hours $55-70/hour, depending on credentials and experience 401(k) Professional development support, including funded advanced training A collaborative, values-driven team that genuinely cares about clinical depth The opportunity to help shape and expand our clinical training culture — including growing our practicum and internship program, which we are excited to build alongside the right supervisor Supervision and consultation alongside a Clinical Director who shares your investment in developing strong, relationally grounded clinicians To Apply Please send your resume/CV and a brief cover letter telling us about your approach to supervision — how you help clinicians grow, and the kinds of clinical work you most enjoy supporting.
