This is a full-time leadership position that combines clinical supervision, quality oversight, staff support, and a small clinical caseload. The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, clinically strong supervisor who enjoys mentoring therapists, strengthening clinical care, improving systems, and helping clinicians succeed in a supportive group practice environment.

Schedule:

Hybrid Compensation Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 annually Key Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor will: Provide clinical supervision to assigned supervisees Maintain a small clinical caseload Support clinicians in improving client engagement, retention, and treatment outcomes Review and strengthen clinical documentation quality Provide case consultation and clinical guidance Help clinicians develop effective treatment planning and therapeutic interventions Monitor clinical performance, professionalism, and adherence to company expectations Support ethical, clinically appropriate, and compliant care Assist with onboarding, training, and development of clinicians Help strengthen clinical systems, workflows, and quality standards Identify areas where clinicians may need additional support, coaching, or corrective guidance Collaborate with leadership to support department goals and overall clinical quality Promote a positive, accountable, and clinically excellent team culture Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Active New York State clinical license, such as •LCSW Prior experience providing clinical supervision, with a minimum of 3 years post-LCSW.
