Company Overview Lodestar Children's Services is an established non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and families on Long Island, in Queens, and in Brooklyn. Our mission focuses on empowering children with mental health disabilities to thrive in their home environments through comprehensive mental health services. Summary We are seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Lodestar Children's Services. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, providing guidance and support to our staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and families in need. This is a remote position requiring NY State licensure and residency , with availability for at least 2 evenings per week for staff supervision. A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist is essential. Responsibilities Supervise and support clinical staff in the delivery of therapeutic services. Support clinical staff in developing and implementing treatment plans and safety plans tailored to individual client needs. Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients. Provide training and mentorship to new staff members. Stay updated on current best practices in child and adolescent mental health. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required. Valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist is essential. Experience working with children with psychiatric disabilities is highly preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Applicant must reside in New York State. Schedule Fully remote. Flexible schedule required, with at least 2 evenings open during the week for supervision. Caseload will build up to supervising 8-10 providers, or approximately 10-15 hours per week.
