Position Overview The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, consultation, and professional development to Associate Therapists working within the practice. The ideal candidate understands that effective supervision extends beyond case review and compliance. They view supervision as a transformative process that develops critical thinking, strengthens clinical judgment, fosters professional identity, and prepares emerging therapists to become confident, ethical, and effective clinicians. Compensation is provided as follows:
$130 per individual supervision hour $174 per triadic supervision hour Supervisors are compensated for all scheduled supervision sessions and have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the next generation of behavioral health professionals within a growing, mission-driven practice. Compensation structure and supervision volume will be discussed during the interview process based on availability, practice needs, and supervisor qualifications.
