Compensation:

$75/hour

• Clinical Supervision $65/hour
• Therapy Clients $25/hour
• Administrative Time Up to 15 hours per week About Irimiya Trauma Therapy Irimiya Trauma Therapy is a specialized group practice dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals recovering from trauma.

Our clinicians specialize in treating survivors of sexual trauma, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), dissociative disorders, and related concerns. We are committed to fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. This position offers flexibility through telehealth services with occasional in-person meetings in Ventura, California. The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to associate therapists while maintaining a small caseload of psychotherapy clients. Responsibilities Provide weekly clinical supervision to associate therapists. Maintain a caseload of approximately 6

• 8 therapy clients.

Support clinicians in developing trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally responsive treatment approaches. Review and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Attend monthly team consultation and staff meetings. Ensure compliance with BBS regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies. Collaborate with the Clinical Director to promote high-quality client care. Qualifications Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in good standing. Meets California BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision to associate therapists. EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training required Demonstrated experience providing EMDR therapy with complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. Training and clinical experience in Somatic Therapy (or other body-based trauma modalities). Proficiency in Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work and the integration of parts-oriented interventions into trauma treatment. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care , attachment theory, Complex PTSD, sexual trauma, and dissociative disorders. Experience supervising associate clinicians is preferred. Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based trauma treatment.
