Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Responsibilities The Clinical Team Coordinator is responsible for facilitation of Peer and/or Clinical review services for Apricus. This may include coordination with provider office to obtain and organize medical records. They are responsible for communication with internal and external customers to assist in overseeing the clinical review process and coordination with the Referral team. Facilitates the Clinical review process including preparation, assignment, and completion of clinical review; and supports communication to Clients Ensure all clinical review requests have been entered and cases created accurately Secures needed medical records from providers and saves documents for review Adheres to Client protocols and jurisdictional regulations. Meets specific department metrics Operates company software and equipment Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task without compromising attention to detail Communicates using correct English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions while adhering to prescribed departmental routines Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a general rule Works effectively as a team contributor on all assignments Interacts professionally with other employees as well as clients Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent Previous Workers' Comp Experience or Experience in a Medical Office Highly Preferred Remote employees in this position will be expected to ensure the protection of proprietary Company and customer information View the full job description on the employer's website.
