Community-Based + Hybrid Documentation Grow Into Clinical Leadership TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services is seeking a motivated licensed or associate-licensed clinician to serve as a Community Support Team (CST) Clinical Team Lead in our Fayetteville / Elizabethtown region. LCSWA and LCMHCA clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to move beyond a traditional therapist role and develop experience in clinical leadership, community behavioral health, assessment, treatment planning, Medicaid services, team development, and program operations. You will not be expected to manage the program alone. Our Clinical Team Lead receives support from agency leadership, intake, billing, compliance, and administrative staff , allowing you to focus on clinical leadership, quality client care, and helping your team succeed. We provide the operational support. You provide the clinical leadership. What You Will Do The CST Clinical Team Lead will: Provide clinical guidance and leadership to Community Support Team members. Provide clinical interventions and support to individuals served by the CST. Complete and coordinate clinical assessments, updates, treatment planning, and clinical recommendations. Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Facilitate regular team meetings, case reviews, and service planning. Help determine appropriate service intensity based on individual client needs. Monitor client progress, engagement, service delivery, and continuity of care. Support team members with clinical decision-making and complex cases. Coordinate with hospitals, care managers, referral partners, community providers, and other members of the client's treatment team. Assist with crisis prevention, stabilization, transition, and discharge planning. Help identify barriers affecting client progress and develop solutions with the team. Support a collaborative and accountable team environment. Who We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Want to grow into clinical leadership. Previous management experience is helpful but not required . A clinician with the right clinical experience, judgment, organization, and leadership potential can be successful in this position. Required Qualifications Applicants must possess an active qualifying North Carolina behavioral health license appropriate for the CST Clinical Team Lead position.

LCSWA LCSW LCMHCA LCMHC LMFT
Licensed Psychological Associate Licensed Psychologist Applicants must also have relevant professional experience working with adults with behavioral health needs and meet applicable Community Support Team requirements. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Community-based behavioral health Serious mental illness Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Medicaid-funded behavioral health services Comprehensive Clinical Assessments Treatment planning Progress-note or clinical documentation review Crisis intervention Community stabilization Housing instability Justice-involved populations Care coordination Clinical team leadership or supervision Previous CST experience is preferred but is not required for an otherwise qualified candidate who is willing to learn the service model. Work Structure & Travel This is a community-based clinical leadership position with hybrid administrative and documentation flexibility. The position serves the greater Fayetteville / Elizabethtown region , with the team's office and meeting base located in Elizabethtown, NC . Client and staff assignments are coordinated with geography in mind to help reduce unnecessary travel. The Clinical Team Lead is not expected to drive throughout the entire regional service area every day. Community-based travel is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel. Required in-person meetings at the Elizabethtown office are scheduled in advance.
