Job Description

The Director of Credentialing will lead and scale our credentialing and payor enrollment operations for W-2 clinicians across multiple states, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient processes. This role involves overseeing the entire credentialing and recredentialing lifecycle, managing delegated credentialing, and supporting audits. The Director will develop and maintain policies aligned with NCQA, CMS, and state guidelines, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, clinical operations, legal, finance) to optimize onboarding. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining data systems for tracking and reporting, and representing credentialing in cross-functional and payer-facing meetings. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (CPCS, CPMSM preferred), 7+ years of healthcare credentialing experience (3+ in leadership), strong knowledge of behavioral health credentialing and payer enrollment, and experience with delegated credentialing and relevant platforms. The ideal candidate can lead through scale, optimize systems, build efficient workflows, and possesses strong communication, project management, and team-building skills. This is a hybrid position, with regular commutes to Salt Lake City, UT required.
Pay:
