Clinical Excellence, Mentorship & Advocacy Guidance & Mentorship:
Provide formal clinical supervision, case consultation, and documentation oversight to a dedicated team of 15+ pre-licensed Mental Health Counselors (MHCs).Culturally Responsive Therapy:
Maintain a small, high-impact caseload of 10-11 clients, delivering evidence-based care to a diverse population, including collaborative casework with local shelters and DCF.Schedule Autonomy:
Independently manage your 2-day in-clinic schedule in Chelsea, coordinating the remainder of your supervisory and telehealth duties from your home office.Quality Assurance:
Review clinical infrastructure, treatment plans, and documentation to uphold rigorous ethical, state, and professional standards. Requirements Active, unencumbered Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Massachusetts. Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (meeting Massachusetts state criteria to provide formal clinical supervision). Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related behavioral health field. Experience navigating community systems (such as DCF, social services, or shelter networks) and a commitment to DEI values.
