We are seeking clinicians who are ready to lead and supervise! We invite you to join our dynamic team of highly skilled, innovative mental health practitioners and leaders at our Woburn office. Our office is conveniently located at W.Cummings Park between Route 93 and Route 95. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA and able to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure. They will align with our Person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health, we are seeking individuals in pursuit of overcoming obstacles still wedged in between behavioral health systems, and those in need. Responsibilities Include:
Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Maintaining a caseload of 15-20 clients Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure Credentialing Requirements Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated field Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3 years or longer in MA and /or be able to provide supervision (LICSW). Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens Proroficiecy in Electronic Health Record systems Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus Bilingual candidates are a plus Flexible work from home options available.
