We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC equivalent) to join our team as a Fee-for-Service Clinical Supervisor at our new North Kansas City location. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing practice while enjoying the flexibility of an independent, fee-for-service position. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians through regular individual supervision, clinical consultation, and documentation review, helping ensure high-quality client care and compliance with Missouri licensure requirements. Supervisory meetings may be conducted virtually or in person, offering additional scheduling flexibility. For supervisors who enjoy direct clinical work, there is also the opportunity to build and maintain a therapy caseload. This allows you to supplement your supervisory responsibilities with client care and create a schedule that aligns with your professional goals and availability. This fee-for-service position is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about mentoring, values clinical excellence, and is looking for a flexible leadership opportunity with the ability to shape a growing team while maintaining an active clinical practice, if desired.

Job Overview:

The Supervising Provider MUST be independently licensed and will report to the Executive Management team on a weekly basis.

Job Duties:

Provide documentation and see that all supervisory documentation is compliant with CMS guidelines. Provide support and consultation for pre-licensed clinicians. Communicate and collaborate with clinical director regularly as needed. Experience- 3+ years of experience in a behavioural health field required. Option to be fully remote
