About Pathway Pathway Support & Rehabilitation Services is a growing behavioral health and rehabilitation organization providing community-based behavioral support, rehabilitation, psychosocial education, and supportive services to individuals with intellectual, developmental, behavioral, and mental health needs. We are developing partnerships with community providers and are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our clinical team and help oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered behavioral support services. Position Overview The Licensed Clinician will serve as a clinical lead and supervising professional for Pathway's behavioral support program. The clinician will perform the clinical components of services within their scope of practice, develop and oversee individualized behavioral interventions, and provide clinical direction and supervision to qualified non-therapist staff, including QMHP-CS personnel. This position is particularly well suited for an experienced clinician who enjoys community-based work, clinical leadership, collaboration, and helping build a developing behavioral health program. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services Complete initial clinical assessments and evaluations as appropriate. Review available clinical, behavioral, medical, and service documentation. Identify behavioral needs and appropriate interventions. Develop individualized behavioral support plans and related clinical documentation. Provide clinical recommendations based on the individual's needs. Monitor the effectiveness of behavioral interventions. Modify behavioral support plans when clinically necessary. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical records. Clinical Supervision & Oversight Provide clinical supervision and direction to assigned QMHP-CS/non-therapist behavioral support staff. Transition appropriate behavioral-support activities to trained non-therapist staff when clinically appropriate. Ensure delegated/implemented services remain consistent with the individual's behavioral support plan. Review documentation and provide feedback to behavioral support staff. Monitor outcomes and communicate concerns requiring clinical intervention. Participate in case conferences and coordination with referring/provider agencies, families, caregivers, and other members of the individual's support team. Compliance Ensure services are delivered within the clinician's professional scope of practice. Maintain compliance with applicable Texas regulations, program requirements, payer requirements, and Pathway policies. Ensure clinical and non-clinical responsibilities remain appropriately separated. Support Pathway's quality-assurance and documentation processes. Required Qualifications Applicants must hold an active Texas professional license that qualifies them to perform the applicable behavioral-support/clinical functions under the program requirements.
Preferred qualifications include:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Psychologist Other appropriately licensed behavioral health professional whose credentials meet applicable program requirements Additional requirements: Experience providing behavioral health, behavioral support, rehabilitation, or community-based services. Knowledge of behavioral interventions and person-centered planning. Ability to provide clinical oversight to non-therapist staff. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently in community settings. Current professional liability insurance. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain/maintain required certification. Ability to complete required background and agency credentialing requirements. Why Join Pathway? Compensation $30-$40 per hour, depending on licensure, experience, responsibilities, and availability.
