Position Summary:

Clinical Supervisor Seeking:

Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Key Responsibilities:

Provide weekly supervision to associates and therapists facilitating group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders Support clinicians with: Group facilitation skills and interventions, Case consultation and treatment planning, Documentation and compliance , Ethical and clinical decision-making Ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care Monitor the quality and effectiveness of group programming Provide feedback and coaching to enhance group engagement and client outcomes Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical services and protocols

Qualifications:

Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience Experience supervising clinicians and/or leading group therapy Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment Comfortable working in a hybrid environment Passion for mentorship and team development
