Job Description
Job Purpose The Clinical Site Coordinator oversees Relias Healthcare's management and staffing services for the Hospitalist Department at Magnolia Regional his role integrates clinical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure seamless operations at designated sites. Duties and Responsibilities This role provides essential support to Medical Directors, providers, and practice leadership to ensure smooth program operations and effective collaboration with hospital administration. Responsibilities include assisting with provider onboarding, recruitment, credentialing, and communication with facilities. The position focuses on improving workflows and processes to boost efficiency within the provider team and facilities. Key tasks include leading monthly facility meetings, managing scheduling in partnership with leadership, addressing billing deficiencies, and overseeing payroll tasks. The role also requires representing Relias Healthcare with professionalism and may involve performing clinical duties in the Emergency Department or Hospitalist settings. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) or relevant field preferred 3-5 years of healthcare experience preferred with a clinical background in ED and Hospitalist settings Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to exhibit professionalism in internal and external interactions Strong organizational and project management skills Work Location Clinical Site Coordinator will work clinically at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS and will have hybrid/remote flexibility for administrative duties.
