• This job manages the daily operations of the clinics and provides reports, as necessary, to administration.
• Join our growing Cardiology team as Manager of Clinic Operations, overseeing the daily operations of our arrhythmia and interventional clinics.
• This highly visible leadership role is responsible for direct oversight of clinic team members and requires prior experience managing direct reports, developing staff, driving accountability, and leading operational performance.
• In addition to people leadership, the role partners closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to advance quality outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of the AFib Center of Excellence.
• The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, proven leadership success, and the ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term program development.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
• Work Experience
• Required
• High school diploma with 7 years of related healthcare experience including 2 years of supervision or management experience; _OR_ Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related healthcare experience including 2 years of supervision or management experience; _OR_ Master's degree with completion of an Administrative Fellowship Program.
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• + Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. + Financial acumen and ability to manage within a budget. + Knowledge of financial statements and ability to analyze trends and make recommendations. + Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work a flexible work schedule (e.g., more than 8 hours a day).

• Job Duties
• + Manages systems and relationships to ensure quality care, safety, regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.

+ Determines appropriate staffing levels and interviews, hires, onboards, conducts performance reviews and works with human resources on progressive discipline of employees within practice unit(s). + Acts as practice unit liaison for system-wide information distribution and feedback. + Monitors and distributes monthly or ad hoc operating reports to all providers and reviews information monthly with leadership. + Assists with growth through business planning and special projects. + Manages the physical and technology infrastructure. + Performs other related duties as required.
