This is not a traditional desk marketing job. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating content, building partnerships, and driving real business growth. What You'll Do Digital Marketing Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Create engaging photo and video content Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions Monitor and improve online reputation and patient reviews Assist with website content and SEO initiatives Community Outreach Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, HOAs, senior centers, and community organizations Organize office events, grand openings, sponsorships, and community programs Develop referral partnerships and local networking opportunities Growth & Analytics Track new patient acquisition Monitor marketing performance and ROI Help develop and execute growth strategies Identify opportunities to increase patient retention and referrals Qualifications Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and highly organized Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable transportation for travel between Rancho Cucamonga and Tustin Preferred Marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach experience Healthcare or dental experience Canva, video editing, photography, or graphic design experience Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish Compensation Base Pay $23/hour Performance Bonuses Bonuses are based on combined growth across both offices.
