Now Hiring:
Medical Coordinator Northern Michigan Children's Assessment Center (NMCAC) The Northern Michigan Children's Assessment Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting children, families, and victims of sexual assault by providing oversight and coordination of our medical services programs.
Position Details Salary:
$30.25 - $36.20 per hour
Hours:
Minimum of 32 hours per week
Schedule:
Flexible hours with a hybrid work schedule
Primary Office Location:
Roscommon, Michigan Travel:
Occasional travel to our satellite office in
Tawas In-Office Requirements:
Tuesdays and Fridays Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and coordination of the NMCAC Medical Program Coordinate and support non-acute medical examinations for children Assist with administration and oversight of the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program, The First Step Program Support program compliance, documentation, reporting, and quality improvement activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, healthcare providers, and community partners Assist with scheduling, tracking services, and ensuring continuity of care for clients Qualifications Healthcare, nursing, program coordination, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Experience working with vulnerable populations is preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel between office locations Commitment to the mission of supporting children and victims of abuse and assault Why Join NMCAC?
