About Opus Plastic Surgery Opus Plastic Surgery is a boutique, cash-pay plastic surgery practice launching in Upland, California in October 2026. Founded by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tyler Frew, Opus specializes in HD liposculpture, body contouring, breast surgery, and aesthetic procedures. We are building a small, high-performing team committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first consultation through recovery. The Role We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator / Practice Manager to be the operational backbone of our practice from day one. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something exceptional — not inherit someone else's system, but create your own. This is a hybrid role combining patient coordination, office management, and marketing support. What You'll Do Manage the full patient lifecycle — from initial inquiry through post-operative follow-up Handle surgical scheduling, vendor coordination, and pre-operative logistics Develop and implement office SOPs and patient intake workflows Open and manage vendor accounts (Allergan, Motiva, and others) Lead EMR implementation and ongoing management Build and maintain a physician referral network throughout the Inland Empire Support social media and marketing efforts in collaboration with our Social Media Manager Plan and coordinate the grand opening event and ongoing community outreach Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions What We're Looking For Experience in a plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or medical office setting strongly preferred Prior patient coordination or office management experience required Comfortable in a clinical environment — OR exposure is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills EMR experience preferred (Symplast, Aesthetic Record, or similar) MBA or healthcare administration background a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience Health insurance stipend Performance-based surgery booking bonus Paid time off and sick leave per California law A rare opportunity to build a boutique practice from the ground up alongside a board-certified plastic surgeon Schedule Monday through Friday — flexible hours based on candidate availability and practice needs To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
