The ideal candidate has a strong background in plastic surgery and understands the patient journey from initial inquiry and consultation through surgery and postoperative care. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced aesthetic practice. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working in a plastic surgery practice - required Previous patient/surgical coordinating experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Must be fluent in English and Spanish Comfortable discussing surgical procedures, pricing, scheduling, and patient expectations Professional, polished, and compassionate when interacting with patients Ability to multitask and manage patient follow-up Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Responsibilities Assist with general patient coordination and office operations Coordinate plastic surgery consultations and surgical patients Guide patients through the consultation and scheduling process Discuss surgical quotes, fees, financing/payment options, and next steps Follow up with prospective patients and surgical leads Schedule procedures and coordinate preoperative requirements Maintain communication with patients before and after surgery Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation Schedule This is a full-time position based in Bay Harbor Islands , with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week once established in the role. Plastic surgery experience is required. Candidates without at least 3 years of plastic surgery practice experience will not be considered.
