We're looking for a smart, curious, digitally savvy person who wants to become an important part of a growing practice. This is not a traditional legal assistant role. Marketing and practice growth will be a major focus , along with helping us deliver an excellent client experience. You do not need law firm experience. We're much more interested in how you think, communicate, learn, create, and get things done. What You'll Do Marketing & Practice Growth Create and schedule social media content Help produce a polished quarterly email newsletter Assist with blog, website, and Google Business Profile content Create materials using Canva and other digital tools Help plan, promote, and coordinate educational seminars Repurpose articles and educational content across different platforms Research marketing, networking, referral, and community opportunities Track marketing initiatives and help identify what is working Notice opportunities, bring ideas, and suggest better ways to do things Client Experience & Practice Support Assist with prospective-client follow-up, intake, and scheduling Confirm appointments and communicate with clients Help prepare for client meetings and document signings Assist with client onboarding and follow-up Help keep matters organized and moving through the planning process Document and improve recurring office processes The role will also include longer-term projects such as website improvements, marketing systems, and creating simple internal procedures as the practice grows. Who We're Looking For This could be a great fit for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build meaningful experience, or for an experienced professional looking for interesting, flexible work with a growing small business.

Excellent writers and communicators Naturally curious and quick to learn Comfortable with technology and genuinely interested in learning new tools Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Creative, with good judgment and visual instincts Comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions Willing to handle both creative projects and the routine work that keeps a small business running Professional and personable with clients Interested in improving things, not simply completing assigned tasks Experience with social media, Canva, email marketing, websites, AI tools, digital marketing, event planning, or similar work is helpful. Professional marketing or law firm experience is not required. A college degree is welcomed but not required. Schedule & Location Approximately 25-30 hours per week , generally during weekday business hours. The role is hybrid , combining remote work with regular in-person work at our Pine Brook office. In-person days will generally be driven by client signings, training, team meetings, seminars, and other practice needs, and will usually be planned in advance. Some weeks may require more in-person time than others. Initial training will involve additional in-person time.
