Why Join Autism COE? $70,000-$80,000 total earning potential, including bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available One remote workday per month Supportive clinical supervision and mentorship Opportunity to supervise and develop direct-care team members within your scope of practice Administrative and operational support CEU and professional development support Opportunities for continued clinical and leadership growth Collaborative, team-oriented culture Paid onboarding and training What You'll Do Working within your credential, scope of practice, supervision requirements, and applicable payer requirements, responsibilities may include: Support implementation and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment programs Review clinical data and monitor progress toward treatment goals Provide training, guidance, and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians as permitted within your scope Support treatment-plan implementation under appropriate clinical supervision Assist with caregiver and staff training Observe direct-care staff and provide performance feedback Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts and other members of the clinical team Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices and positive client outcomes Qualifications Active Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) credential in good standing required Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field required ABA experience required Experience working with children with autism strongly preferred Experience training, mentoring, or supervising direct-care ABA staff preferred Strong communication, organization, data-analysis, and leadership skills Ability to practice within applicable credentialing, supervision, state, and payer requirements Commitment to ethical, evidence-based and family-centered care Schedule & Work Environment This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. This is primarily an in-person role. North Carolina clinical team members in this position are eligible for one remote workday per month , subject to clinical and operational needs. Occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on client or operational needs.
