Description:
The Regional Clinic Manager provides leadership and operational support across an assigned region, ensuring high-quality clinic operations and strong team performance. You'll be responsible for operational oversight, process execution, staffing, and relationship development with both clinical teams and organizational leaders in your region. This is a high impact role where you will shape the success of multiple clinics, elevate patient experiences, and drive meaningful growth across the organization. This territory will include working onsite at our Batesville location and traveling to support our Lonoke, Dardanelle, Greenbrier, Concord, and Forrest City clinics, as well as other clinic locations as assigned. This is a Hybrid position that will require in-person and travel requirement. In this role, some of what you'll do includes: Lead key operational processes including site reviews, rural health inspections, workflows, procedures, and staffing needs. Manage core operational functions such as staffing and scheduling, payroll, and team education. Monitor and act on performance metrics, proactively addressing variability across clinic sites. Implement forward looking management practices to anticipate issues and prevent variance. Ensure adequate staffing and regional coverage and complete management reports on time. Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff, ensuring strong onboarding and professional growth. Communicate and cascade organizational updates and partner with administrative leaders to implement processes and systems. Requirements:
2+ years' experience working in healthcare operations. Experience leading/managing teams or workflow. Ability to travel within assigned region regularly (some overnight travel may be necessary), up to 50% of the time Clean driving record
